Apart from death & taxes, we are certain that beer makes dinner taste better. So for this month's beer dinner, we've done a bit of "spring cleaning," and offer up a 6-course meal paired with some of our favorites we've found stashed around the place.

$55 per person (plus tax & gratuity) - Happy Half Hour starts at 6:30pm; Dinner at 7pm

Halen Tripel paired with Gravlox & Janssons Frestelse (A traditional Swedish Potato Casserole served alongside gravlax during holidays such as Easter)

Halen Double paired with Squab Two Ways, Ramps, Morels and Dandelion Greens

Affligem 950 along with a "Bowl of Spring" - Pan Seared Gnocchi, Peas, Asparagus, Leeks, Pancetta, Fried Lemons

Klok Tripel paired with Seafood Bouliabaisse, Prawns, Mussels, Clams, Chorizo, Saffron and Tomato Broth

Double Klok paired with Crusted Lamb Loin, Tri Color Lentils, Harissa Lamb jus

A delicious final beer (TBD) paired with cheese & chocolate.
