Walk North up North Capitol and catch the X2 Bus on the corner of North Capital and H Streets NE.

There is plenty of on-street and metered parking.
From Virginia:
Take 395 North and enter DC. Continue on 395 to the C Street SW, D Street NW exit. Stay in the right hand lane off the exit and enter the tunnel. Continue to the Massachusetts Avenue Exit. Continue up 2nd nStreet and make a right hand turn onto H Street NE. We are on the left hand side (North) of the street between 12th and 13th Streets NE.
From Maryland:
Take New York Avenue Westbound. Make a left onto Bladensburg Road NE. Continue till you get to H Street NE. Make a right onto H Street and we are on the right hand side of the street between 13th and 12th Streets NE.
